ReggaeRockz in Birmingham, Sept 9 05 -- Big UP to Birmingham for the great warm welcome on Friday night - the weather held out good compared to the next day when the
rain poured down from the heavens most of the day.
The setting for the show - just outside the magnificent Birmingham Symphany Hall and Birmingham Rep Theatre on Broad Street the heartland of Brummie night life, was spectacular.
Steel Pulse has in recent weeks toured throughout the USA mainland and Hawaii, Japan and Europe.
The Band and Crew members come not only from Birmingham, but also from Jamaica, Florida, New York and France to present this show. Steel Pulse is a a truly multi-national group with a world - wide reputation for excellence. The band played to a huge crowd of close to 10,000 who gave the them a huge, enthusiastic welcome - it was reciprocated in the performance of the band, who did another blistering, tight, outstanding performance.
David and Selwyn outdanced youngsters half their age.
All in all, a great day for Steel Pulse and a great day for Birmingham England. Steel Pulse will be performing again in Birmingham in the very near future at THE DRUM in Newton, Birmingham.
